A deposit of $1500 is due upon registration: Deposits and balances can be paid by personal check, wire transfer or debit/credit card via PayPal in US Dollars.
Please Note when using credit card or PayPal a 3% surcharge fee will be added to total charged.
If the participant needs to cancel please inform us by email immediately. We will be confirmed receipt of email within 24 hours, if you do not receive a confirmation of cancelation cancelation is not complete.50% of the deposit is refundable 4 months prior to the trip date. If after the 4th month date, if the participant can find a suitable replacement we will refund your deposit minus a $700 administration fee. Deposit becomes non-refundable 4 months prior trip date due to cost of reserving the horses.
Balance in full is due in 4 months prior to the start date of the tour. You will receive a 50% refund if you need to cancel 4 months prior of the commencement of the trip. After the 4-month date there will be no refund. All cancellations requests must be made in writing and deliver by registered mail and/or email.

Jodie Willard Photography Workshops, LLC will not cancel the tour after the client has paid in full unless it becomes necessary as a result of hostilities, civil or terrorist unrest, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather condition, or other condition outside the control of Jodie Willard Photography Workshops.
Jodie Willard Photography Workshops will inform the client without delay and use its best endeavors to offer suitable and comparable alternatives.
